These are general guidelines for placement and practice schedules. We normally do not practice during scheduled meets or CWAC closings. Some holidays are not affected! Pay attention to the NEWS or your emails regarding practice changes.

This group is for novice swimmers with little or no swim team experience. Swimmers should be at least 5 years old and be able to swim about half way down the pool. Evaluation by the coach must precede acceptance to the group.
Workout Days/Times:Tues/Thurs 3:45-4:30 (NEW)
Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and developing start and turn technique. Typically, Bronze has swimmers age 6-10, or very new older swimmers.
Workout Days/Times: M 5:15-6 pm; Tu/Th 5:00-6 pm
From the Bronze group, athletes move into this group. Practices include more advanced training techniques, interval training, and some dryland workouts. Silver Group has swimmers age 9-12.
Workout Days/Times: M/Tu/Th/F 3:45-5:15 pm, Sat 8-10
Minimum age for entry into this group is 11 (girls) or 12 (boys). Athletes entering the Gold group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in the Gold group are directed towards making Southeastern and Sectional Time Standards.
