Wisconsin Swimming Swim Meet Event Files

Tired of setting up a meet in Team Manager every time your team has a competition?  Now we do the work for you!  Just download the following file and import it into Team Manager for Windows on your computer.  It's fast, easy, and eliminates possible errors when you are setting up and entering meets.  All you have to do is add your entries and e-mail them back!

Follow these easy instructions to download a meet event file:

1. Right click on the meet event file below. Select either "Save Link As" if using Netscape or "Save Target As" if using Internet Explorer. (You will be saving an .hyv file.)

2. When your computer asks you where to save the file, put a disk into your computer and select the a: drive. Write down the file name for later reference. (You may use the c: drive but it may be more difficult to find the file when you need it later.)

3. Exit the Internet and load up Team Manager for Windows.

4. Once in Team Manager, click on "File", then "Import", and finally "Meet Events".

5. Select drive a: to import from (unless you decided to save it under c:) and click "OK".

6. Select the .hyv file you saved on your disk as the one you wish to import into Team Manager and click "OK".

7. Click "OK" again to begin importing the Meet Event file.

8. Once this is completed, you can go to "Meets" on your menu bar and find that the meet is already set up and all you have to add are your entries!

9. Once your entries are completed, you can create a commlink file, attach it to an e-mail and send it to the meet director.
