Mar. 2011 � This past weekend many of our TBAY Central swimmers made their way down to Sarasota to compete in the 2011 Area 3 & 5 Championships. The meet was a huge success, with over 50 top 10 finishes, 14 of which were first place finishes! Our top 10 finishes were made by Savannah Savitt, Kara Wilkins, Carylyn Waite, Jaime Perez, Sydney Bexley, Tyler Carreja, Trey Foody, Paxton Rhoads, Cecilia Freeman, Anne Myers, Maria Hiers, Delany Barnard, and Lizel Cuevas.

The following swimmers won their events: Savannah Savitt (13/14-25 FR, 500 FR, 400 IM, 200 IM, 200 FR), Kara Wilkins (11/12- 50 BR), Carylyn Waite (15-18 100 BR, 100 Fly, & 100 FR), Jaime Perez (15-18 100 BR), Sydney Bexley (15-18 200 IM, 100 BR, 200 Fly), and Tyler Carreja (10 & Under 50 Fly).
