Jan. 2011 � At the Fall Sports Awards presentation, TBAY Central Chris Swanson received the "Jessie Helfrich Hicks Award for Outstanding Swimmer" from the Hillsborough County School Board. Chris had top times in the county for the 200M and 500M freestyle and placed fourth at the 2010 FHSAA Swimming and Diving Championships. Congratulations Chris!
