August 2010 �  TBAY Central sent over 37 athletes to compete in St. Pete for Area 3 & 5 Championships. All the swimmers did an outstanding job and set many personal records. Central's Anne Myers had an amazing meet winning 1 Gold (100 Fly), 2 Silvers (200 FR & Medley Relays), & 1 Bronze (100 Bk). Other medalist included Alix Rubin and Briana Rhoads, who helped TBAY win Gold, in the 8 & Under 100 FR Relay. 11 & over swimmers swam prelims in the morning and the top 20 made it back for finals at night. Central swimmers made a great showing, with 10 making in back for evening swims (Anne Myers, Lizel Cuevas, Emma Napper, Torrie Edwards, Cecelia Freeman, Tori de Lelys, Paxton Rhoads, Phillip Spada, Alex Sparks, and Logan Beckman). This meet was a great way to end off the Summer season...way to go TBAY Swimmers!
