| Maxwell Award: Paul Kemp is the recipient of the Maxwell Excellence Award which honors one Official among the roughly 10,000 certified Officials within USA Swimming. This award is given to one Official every two months who is selected from the 59 LSCs, by a sub-committee of the National Officials Committee. Under the sponsorship of Swimming World magazine and Maxwell Medals, this award represents his or her outstanding contributions to local swimming. The list of recipients over the past eight years is a veritable who�s who in the world of Officiating in this sport Midwestern Swimming is proud to have Paul as the current recipient of the Maxwell Excellence Award. |
