Parents - If you have a conflict and need to be excused from timing at a meet where your child is entered,
you must notify Phil Raw, timing.assignments@mac.com, one week prior to the meet or you may be given a timing assignment. Once assigned you will need to find your own replacement. (If you are assigned to time and reply to Phil Raw's email quickly, an extra credit will be given in addition to your work credit, giving you two credits for the session worked. Timers should bring their own watch in case the host club does not provide them.)
Note: The age-up date for YMCA meets is Dec 1, 2007. The age-up date for USA meets is the first day of the meet.
