Article IV, Section 1, President

• Attend the Southwest YMCA League Meeting
• Attend the Countryside YMA Aquatics Committee Meetings
• With the Head Coach and Treasurer, determine renumeration for assistant coaches
• With the Treasurer, prepare the swim team budget
  • Set team fees by practice group
  • Set fundraising by swimmer
• Establish the agenda for and lead the monthly booster board meetings
• Discuss issues and advise board members as needed
• Understand how the team works and strive to express the YMCA Core values of Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Honest, and Faith in all interactions with parents, coaches, YMCA staff, and representatives of the League.
