Coordinator: Advertising chairperson for
championship program. |

| Audio/Announcer:
announce swimmers names in and during races and calls
for each upcoming event. |

| Computer Set-Up:
Prepare for meets. At meets, prepare swimmer best time
on time slips per race (include swimmer by lane) and
print for time keepers. |

| Hospitality:
Serve refreshments to timers and deck staff. Responsible
for selling 50/50 raffle tickets, draw raffle winner,
and distribute prize. |
| |
| Meet Referee:
The official judge of the swim meet, handles any race
protests, oversees stroke and turn judge decisions. |
| |
| Product
Coordinator: Coordinate design and set-up with
vendors to obtain the best design for the price, make
recommendations on products, purchase sample products
(include various sizes, et.), obtain pre-orders, and
distribute. |

| Ready Bench
Coordinators: Organize and line up swimmers for each
race in the ready bench area. |
| |
| Ribbons: Attach
labels to ribbons for distribution to swimmers. |
| |
| Runner: Walk
time slips to/from timers & DQ slips from Stroke and
Turn to scorers. |
| |
| Set-Up/Breakdown
Equipment: Set-up equipment in early morning and
breakdown equipment after the meet. |
| |
| Snack Bar
Coordinator: Purchase food for home event snack bar
and coordinate work shift assignments. |
| |
| Snack Bar Worker:
Prepare and sell food. |
| |
| Special Events
Committee: Coordinate team special events, team BBQ
and awards night. |
| |
| Starter: Begin
each race using the starting system. |
| |
| Stroke and Turn:
Watch swimmers for compliance during races. |
| |
| Team Photographer:
Take candid pictures of swimmers/team activities to
share with parents/guardians, for bulletin boards,
website, and/or slide show for end-of-year awards
ceremony. |
| |
| Timers: operate
stopwatch and/or timing device and log best time onto
time slips for each swimmer per race. |
| |
| Volunteer
Coordinator: Ensure and coordinate volunteers to
fill vacant assignments at meets and championships due
to absence, injury, etc. |
| |
| Webmaster:
develop and maintain team website. |
| |
| Zoo Keeper/Team
Parent: Responsible for keeping track of swimmers at
meets and securing team rest area where swimmers wait
for their race. |
