Aquatics, Sports, and Safety....

The Chastain Park Athletic Club (CPAC) was founded in 2002 as a Georgia non-profit corporation and was organized and at all times shall be operated exclusively for public charitable and educational uses and purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, to develop, promote, and encourage the growth of aquatics, sports, and safety for the benefit of communities served by the corporation.

In furtherance of these purposes, CPAC may: Conduct clinics, workshops, lessons, and seminars on aquatic sports and safety for the purpose of improving and developing aquatic sports and safety capabilities of individuals and their families. Lease, manage, own, operate, and maintain swimming pools and other related recreational facilities for the benefit of communities served by the corporation. Promote, arrange, hold, and participate in any and all kinds of amateur aquatic sports, exhibitions, and competitions.
