Welcome to our Summer Programs!

(Summer public swim hours have ended, but swim programs ongoing.)

CPAC Summer Opening

Jim King

In addition to the pandemic, it has been a crazy few weeks. We have miraculously overcome major damage to the pool two weeks ago, as well as large trees falling on the pool area last week. However, now we are ready to open for summer. We will try to keep things as simple as possible, while we still fall under some COVID-19 constraints. Tomorrow, Saturday May 22nd, we will open at 11 AM for the public and member time will begin at 5 PM and continue till 8 PM. We will have the same hours again on Sunday. Then we will reopen next Saturday, May 29th for daily summer service. Also, let's not ALL try to come to the pool at once.

By the way, it is never too late to join the pool or our swim teams.

Here is a link for our initial hours.

Moreover, we have a few basic required rules and adjustments to our operations in our agreement with the City.

  • Please wear a mask into the facility and you may remove it once you are situated on the pool deck at a 6ft social distance.
  • Do not wear masks in the water, but masks are required in the bathrooms.
  • Only 3 people or 1 family in either bathroom at one time.
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet in any lines for pool entry, snack shack or bathrooms.
  • Please maintain 6 feet separation in and out of the water as best you can.
  • Feel free to bring beach chairs the first few weeks, since our deck furniture is in storage until City requirements change.
  • NO guests during member time until we understand attendance patterns.
  • Temperature checks are required during public swim times.

We will adjust as necessary, but do not expect an update from the City before June 1st.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing everyone.

Yours in service,

Jim King
