Below are some at-home workouts for everyone. For those in the White and Blue group, you may do some of the red group workouts, but please do not use any weights. EVERYONE should be supervised when doing any exercises. These are all exercises that we have done at practice. I will be adding workouts every week. If you have any questions please let me know. If you are able to, go for a daily run! Hopefully we will be back in the pool very soon!
