Good morning SACAC Swimming and Diving families! What an exciting time for our SACAC community. Time trials are scheduled for this Saturday and we have some of our SACAC USA swimmers competing on Sunday at an Invitational at CBST. Good morning SACAC Swimming and Diving families!! I’m happy to report that our first week of SACAC SAL practice was hectic, but productive. Our coaches are hard at work sorting athletes into appropriate lanes and beginning the process of teaching and refining their competitive swimming and diving skills. With four practices on the schedule this week, we will continue drilling “long-axis” strokes like freestyle and backstroke and add in “wave” strokes like breaststroke and butterfly.
