Novice Program - Winter/Spring 2023

Welcome to the Kachemak Swim Club's Novice Program online registration! Our Novice Program offers a progressive swim program to swimmers ages 6-12 in the Homer area community. This program caters to swimmers of various abilities ranging from beginner to swimmers striving to gain the skills neccessary to join our competitive program.

The registration process is simple for both new and returning families. You'll receive access to your own private account to view/edit your contact information and current and past class histories.

To Register:
1. Scroll down and select/click on the desired program below (Gray bar(s) below), Winter/Spring 2023 (Do NOT use Program Filter at top of the page)
2. Select the Sub-Program tab.
3. Click on the View Days/Times/Cost Button to pick the day and time
4. Click on the Register Button to register for the class of your choice.

There will be a yearly USA Swim Flex membership fee of $30

You must pay in full to reserve a spot in a class. Space is reserved for your child ONLY WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. We only accept credit cards. If you have not paid at the end of this on-line registration process, then you have NOT registered for a class.

RE-ENROLLMENT IS NOT AUTOMATIC. You must register your child for each session separately.

Swimmers do not necessarily move up a level after each session. The coach will determine your swimmer's readiness to move to the next level and will recommend the group your swimmer should sign-up for each session. It is customary for many students to remain in one level for multiple sessions; our staff believes each child progresses at his or her own pace and it is neither appropriate nor beneficial to place a child in a level above their capability.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $10 cancellation fee. No Refunds or credits will be given if you cancel within 5 days of the class start date. No refunds or credits are offered after the session begins, as the instructors are hired based on registration.

Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not offered for conflicts with other activities or vacations. Credits will be issued ONLY for extended illness (3 or more consecutive classes missed) with a doctor's note, and NO OTHER reason.
