Alameda Aquatic Center Design Community Input Meetings

Theresa Massie

We encourage all Gator families to attend the public input meetings for planning of the Alameda City Aquatic Center.

Wednesdays from 6—8 p.m. at the O’Club, 641 W. Redline Ave.

JANUARY 15th — Initial Input

JANUARY 29th — Comment on Multiple Designs

FEBRUARY 12th — Final Design Review & Input

The Alameda Recreation & Parks Department is developing a conceptual design for a potential City Aquatic Center based on your feedback.

Whether you’re a parent interested in swim lessons, parties, splash areas and recreational swim, a competitive swimmer or water polo player, an adult looking for water aerobics and aqua Zumba classes — these meetings are for you! We want your feedback on how a new City Aquatic Center should be designed to meet the entire community’s needs.

The content of each meeting will build on the information gathered at the previous meetings. You’re welcome to attend all, some or one meeting.

Child care is available onsite.
