Age Group 1 (AG1)

• Legal Technique in all 4 competitive strokes. • Completion of a complete and legal 100 yard IM • Swimming with face fully submerged |
To develop more advanced stroke technique skills, and begin to experience the fun and competitive nature of the sport of swimming by entering into meets |
Age Group 2 (AG2)

• Legal Technique in all 4 competitive strokes • Complete 10x50 freestyle on the :50 interval • Minimum of 9 years of age

To become proficient at all 4 competitive strokes, develop speed and endurance in your training and introduce the basics of strength and dryland workouts to enhance competition

Junior Group (Jr.)

• Profession stroke skills • Complete 10x100 freestyle on the 1:35 interval • Minimum of 12 years of age |
To excel at competition and increase strength and endurance through advanced dryland and skills training. Preparation for Middle School and Varsity Teams |
Senior Group (Sr.)

• Advanced stroke skills • Complete 10x100 freestyle on the 1:20 interval • Entering High School |
