Junior Group

This group offers middle and high school swimmers the opportunity to learn more advanced techniques and train at a higher level.  Dryland training is also a required component for these swimmers.  Swimmers in this group MUST BE committed to attending any USA Swimming coach-selected meets as well as their championship meet for the season.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Water Bottle/Drink
  • Mesh Bag
  • Kickboard
  • Pull Buoy
  • Fins (medium length blade)
  • Paddles (StrokeMaker brand), just slightly larger than surface area of hand
  • Ankle Band (FINIS Ankle Strap)
  • Parachute (StretchCordz Drag Belt/Tow Tether, 8 inch chute size)
  • Snorkel (FINIS Swimmer's Swim Snorkel)
  • Chocolate Milk (or other protein drink for post-training recovery)
