Developmental Lessons are available for anyone who wants to learn and develop diving skills while working in a fun and safe environment.

Participants will need to be able to swim at least 25 meter (one length of the pool) unaided, be confident in deep water and to be happy to swim without goggles.

We work on all basic dives on the 1m board. Once divers have learned multiple dives on 1m and are looking to compete in meets, they will be invited into our "Club Team" group.  Divers will be assessed at the end of every course of lessons and provided with feedback about their progress.

Our diving program teaches the fundamentals of the 5 diving categories, Forward, Back, Inward, Reverse, and Twist.
