Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
DECEMBER 2022 RECERT ONLY CLASS INFORMATION
There will be a number of items you will need to complete online before you attend the in-person sessions. It is imperative that you do this - failure to complete your work ahead of in-person sessions and the subsequent inability to complete the in-person sessions does not constitute a refund. You will be sent a link within 24 hours after your registration to access the blended learning materials.
In-Person Sessions, held at Mt Lebanon HS Pool
- Week of 12/12/22 - online modules posted and must be completed in order to participate in the in-person sessions
- MON 12/19, 7-9.30PM
- TUES 12/20, 7-9.30PM
- WED 12/21, 7-9.30PM
American Red Cross Program --- Lifeguard Certification Program with CPR/AED & FIRST AID TRAINING

Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicant must be at least 15 years old as of first day of class (proof of age required)

Applicant must have the ability to swim 300 yards freestyle/breaststroke (under no time limitation)

Applicant must be able to complete the deep-water brick test in 1 minute 40 seconds; (jump/dive into the deep end of the pool to retrieve a weighted 10lb brick and carry/swim with it to the shallow end). Tread for 2 minutes.
