The MLAC Masters Swim Program is open to adult swimmers age 18 and over of any ability.  Masters coaches provide leveled workouts dependent upon the time requirements and ability of the master's swimmer.  Practices are staffed by our coaches from the MLAC professional coaching staff to work with our Masters team to develop as competitive swimmers, tri-athletes, or lifelong swimmers.​

Our master's program currently runs year-round from September through August.  In the months of September through May, Masters practice short course indoor at Mt. Lebanon High School on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturday Morning.  June through August, the team practices long course outdoor at the Mt. Lebanon community pool.  Registration is offered full-season, monthly, and walk-in rates.

All swimmers must complete online registration and pay all fees prior to swimming.  Beginning in the 2015-2016 season, Masters will be part of the MLAC billing system and will be asked to keep a credit card on file for billing purposes.  Attendance at Masters practices will be kept by MLAC Masters coaches.

Drop-in Participants must register online ahead of time. $10.00 per drop-in

Month-participants will be charged $50 and must register each month they want to swim

Yearly participants will be charged a rate of $550 for the year or can be billed $50.00 per month.

September-May participants register for during the school year for practice at the high school. 

June-August participants register for summer season.

September -May practice is at Mt. Lebanon High School Monday-Thursday 5:15-6:30am and Saturday 6:00-7:30am

June 8-August 14th practice is at South Hills Country Club Monday,Wednesday,Friday 6:00-7:30am outside

All swimmers must also be registered with USMS.  This can be done online at www.USMS.org , members may registered as unattached or as a member of MLAC Masters.  The annual cost for USMS registration is $50 .  Proof of registration MUST be provided prior to first practice.
