Starting this morning, I will be recognizing the most valuable swimmer — or swimmers — for each Racer X Gold practice.

This accolade will be determined by how hardworking the swimmer or swimmers are, as well as a good attitude.

Each swimmer — or swimmers — who is awarded this honor will receive a $10 arena credit to be used at their discretion.

Swimmers can be awarded multiple times.
