COVID-19 Updates

At this time, there are no changes to the date or format of this year's meet.
We will continue to update this page and the teams currently committed to the meet in the weeks ahead.
Clubs who will no longer be attending the meet for any reason should contact the meet director (sacaquaticclub@gmail.com).
The meet is currently full. Additional teams who are interested in attending the meet should complete the Online Commitment Form.
Teams will be notified if openings become available at any time prior to the entry deadline.

Warm-up/Start Times --
* Senior Session (prelims) - Warm-ups at 7:00am; Meet starts at 8:00am (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
* Age Group Session - Warm-ups at TBD; Meet starts at TBD (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
* Senior Session (finals) - Warm-ups at TBD; Meet starts at TBD (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
Saturday Team Dinner --
This year's team dinner will be on Saturday starting at approximately 4:00pm. The dinner will continue through the end of finals that evening (approximately 8pm). Swimmers and coaches are free.
The menu this year will be announced prior to the meet. Teams should contact the meet director if your team is planning on participating so we can get an estimated number prior to the event.
Parking --
Additional overflow parking is available in the grass area near the playground. Parking attendants will be directing traffic prior to each warm-up/meet start time. Cars parked outside of the standard lot and the overflow parking are subject to ticketing and/or towing by the City of Scottsdale.
Tent Set-up --
The facility will be open at 5pm on Thursday for tent set up. No set up is allowed prior to this time.
