Fundraising

 

Each SAC family is required to earn $250.00 per season, regardless of the number of team members per family.  SAC families are billed $62.50 each quarter, beginning in September of each year.  The outstanding balance is billed for that quarter based on donations acquired.  Families may carry over excess fundraising to the next quarter but not to the following year.  The opportunities we provide to earn fundraising include an annual swim-a-thon, scoreboard and lane sponsorships, meet program advertising, donations, and our scrip program.


Fundraising quarters:

Sept. 1 through Nov. 30 (billed on Dec. 1st)
Dec. 1 through Feb. 28 (billed on March 1st)
March 1 through May 31 (billed on June 1st)
June 1 through Aug. 31 (billed on Sept. 1st)

 

SAC tries to provide its members with opportunities to earn the fundraising money rather than incurring an out of pocket expense.  See the "Fundraising" tab for more detailed information about the various options available.
