8 and Under Championships! A HUGE SUCCESS!

2023 8 & Under Championships
The 8 & Under Championships were out of this world and our swimmers had an absolute blast at the meet!
The Flagstaff Snow Sharks swam hard and placed 9th overall with the help of all our swimmers!
Ashley G swam incredible in the 7-year-old division. Ashley finished 1st in the 25 free, 2nd in the 100 free, 25 back and 3rd in the 50 back, 50 free.
Nora H did amazing in the 6 & Under division and is a force to be reckoned with. Nora finished 3rd in the 25 free, 25 fly, 25 back, and 50 free. She got 1st in the 25 breast!
Eli K showed everyone what a great swimmer he is! Competing in the 7 year old division he received 3rd in the 25 back and 4th in the 25 breast!
Ava W swam her heart out in the 8-year-old division. She swam 7 individual events and had huge time drops. She had a 21 second time drop in the 100 free and a 13th place finish in that event!
Reese W swam fast with a big smile on her face in the 8-year-old division. Reese swam 8 individual events including the 100 IM with a 5 second time drop. She finished 10th in the 100 free and 13th in the 50 back!
The Snow Shark girls 100 Yard Freestyle relay (Ashley, Nora, Ava, Reese) placed 6th overall!
A big Thank You to Coach Clare and Coach Tyler for being the biggest cheerleaders for these kids…or Aliens!
