USA Swimming is committed to fostering a fun, healthy, and safe environment for all its members, and in 2010, it formally implemented a comprehensive Safe Sport program to respond to and prevent instances of abuse and misconduct within the sport of swimming.  Since then USA Swimming Safe Sport has worked tirelessly to educate members, put policies in place, and empower LSCs and clubs to create the best possible environments for all members.

Our first priority as a team is the well-being of our swimmers. All members of Life Time Arizona Swim Team are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the USA Swimming Code of Conduct and in a manner that positively portrays the team. This includes, but is not limited to, good sportsmanship and respect for other swimmers, coaches, authorities, and the property of others.

Misconduct: Misconduct should be reported immediately to a coach or aquatics manager. They will report misconduct as mandated by USA Swimming and Life Time to the appropriate parties. This includes the General Manager and USA Swimming or legal authorities where necessary.
