Our divers are grouped in practice by Ability.  In addition to pool practice, our athletes also participate in dryland conditioning, tumbling, and dry-board.  The dry-board apparatus includes an aerial harness and rigging to support the learning of new dive skills before fully performing the dive in the pool.

Competition groups are based on age and skill level (Novice and Junior Olympic) and age (9&U, 10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/18).
