YWSF PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC)

MISSION: To provide support, guidance, and advice to Coaches, other TEAM parents and their families. We cooperatively collaborate and work with each other to do what is first and foremost, in the BEST interest of the swimmers and TEAM.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

• Welcoming New Families
• Providing support to Parents and Swimmers
• Creating and promoting a positive environment and culture
• Guidance w/hosted swim meets
• Logistics of special TEAM events
• Concessions/Hospitality
• Organization of Volunteers
• Gathering sponsorships & fundraising
• General Collaborative Efforts as a whole
