Learn to Swim (LTS) Lesson Times: Mon/Wed or Tues/Thur - 4:00pm to 5:00pm
This program is for swimmers new to the water, ages four and up. The student gets comfortable with the water, putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles standing up and laying flat, floating, kicking with and without fins
Swimmers may not spend much time in this group.  Once swimmers have attained the necessary skills they are moved to Stroke Team.  (Class size is limited to 16)

Stroke Team (ST1)  Lesson Times: Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur - 4:00 to 5:00pm
The student learns to develop lkck and improve breathing skills. Basic freestyle and backstroke swimming and drills are also learned.  Here the classes are fun and may include games to improve in water coordination. 

Stroke Team (ST2) - Practice Times:  Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur- 4:00 to 5:00pm
Training group is designed to for swimmers who wish to make more of a commitment to the sport of swimming.  Practices are designed to be fun while teaching the fundamentals competitive swimming, including all four competitive strokes, streamlining, racing starts and turns.  Participation in swim meets is encouraged.

Competitive (Com) - Practice Times: Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur - 5:00-7:00pm, Fri - 4:00 to 6:00pm, Sat 8:00 to 10:00am
This group is for our older athletes who have a high level of master of the four competitive strokes.  Each practice is designed to continue to develop and refine stroke mechanics.  Emphasis is upon stroke and competitive skill development.
Land training is also part of the practice schedule to further develop strength and fitness. Practice procedures, such as using a pace clock, and workout skills and knowledge are a major goal. A high priority is given to a strong knowledge foundation for future development.  Meet participation is also highly encouraged.  

LTS - $250 per term (12 weeks), plus $25 registration  Please complete the attached registration form and bring it with you along with payment during registration.
ST1, ST2 and COM - $325 per term (12 weeks), plus $25 Bahamas Swimming Federation Registration Fee and $25 Club Registration Fee.  Please complete the attached registration form and bring it with you along with payment during registration.

What to Bring

All participants will need to bring the following items:

 - swimsuit (no jean shorts) and towel

 - girls must wear a swim cap

 - shirt, shorts, tennis shoes and slippers

 - gym bag for all of the above
