How to Register

Steps on how to register a new swimmer, a returning swimmer and the sibling of a current swimmer vary. Please follow the steps in each document to ensure that your child is registered successfully.

All new swimmers (including siblings of current swimmers) must be assessed before they can register so that we can place them in the appropriate group. To arrange an assessment, please click the link to book an assessment. https://calendly.com/gatorsregistrar/assessment

Fees

Fees are made up of an annual Club Registration fee, an annual Swim BC Membership fee, and monthly practice fees.

Swim Meet Fees will be charged as swimmer goes to the meet. The fee is dependent on what the host club charges. The charges for swim meet will show up on the following month invoice.

Training Schedule

The group structure and training schedule is as follows:

Volunteer Service Hour Obligations - (formerly Parent Participation Points or PPP)

We are a non-profit organization that is solely operated by parent volunteers. This system encourages parents to contribute their time and effort for a more vibrant and healthier Club. This system also ensures that the Club has enough volunteers for the Club's daily operations, the swim meets, and other events.  It also helps Gators to reciprocate other clubs’ help in running its meets.

To make things easier for you, the club will be switching from using the manual PPP form to an this system to record and get approved your volunteer or service hours.

  • Service Hour Obligations (to be completed)
