Registering a Returning Swimmer 

Returning swimmers who swam until the end of the last season can register during the returning swimmer registration period.

Due to swimmer space constraints, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and only returning swimmers will be considered first. If, however, we have a significantly reduced number of returning swimmers and there is still available space, we will be opening registration up to new swimmers thereafter.  

Siblings of returning swimmers can register when New Member registration opens up.

Step 1: Register online 

1.  Please log into your Team Unify Account – using your current password or if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by following the instructions when you select “Forgot Password”. 

2.  On the Home page, below Sign In, click 2022-2023 Fall Registration. 

3.  Read the registration instructions. All the fees and schedules are in the Training tab. 

4.  Click Continue or Check status. 

5.  In the Existing Members section, select the children you wish to register. 

6.  In the Register for this Group drop-down, select the swim group that your child was assigned to during assessment. 

7.  Read the waivers and agree to them. 

8.  Click Continue. 

9. Review the the account information.   

10. Click Submit Registration. (your account will be in “Pending for Approval”)

Step 2: Payment information 

1.  Once the registrar has placed your account into “Approved” status, you will receive an email alerting you to complete payment and Swim BC form. 
2.  You will receive a separate email notification on how to add your credit card payment information or update your credit card information on file.  

Step 3: Complete and Sign the Swimming Canada Form 

After completing the Gators registration, parents will receive an email from [email protected] to confirm their Swimming Canada account information.  Parents have to follow the instructions in the email to confirm the necessary contact information and demographic questions. Parents will be required to sign the Swimming Canada Acknowledgement of Risk form electronically. Swimmer registration & insurance will not be valid until this form is signed.
