BEST 2021 TEAM UNIFY REGISTRATION

PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE THIS WEBSITE REGISTRATION IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR THE BEST SWIM TEAM AND HAVE PAID YOUR FEES

This is how and where you register a BEST swimmer in the BVSSL registration portal, and how you sign up for your volunteer shifts.
All athletes who compete in the BVSSL must register with this web-based registration portal called Team Unify. TU is used by swim leagues around the nation and is a safe, albeit somewhat dated interface.

Please follow the below registration instructions. It is absolutely imperative that you fill out the registration completely and accurately so that all swimmers become eligible to swim and compete in meets.

This registration is for everyone, even if you consider yourself a "pre-teamer".  You never know how an athlete will change and progress over the course of a summer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING YOUR SWIMMER ON OUR TEAM UNIFY PAGE

Step 1: Register Online.
* BEGIN BY SCROLLING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AND CLICKING THE GREEN "Check Status" BUTTON.

If you are a returning family please log in to your account to register.  Create a new account if you are a new member.  You will receive a confirmation that shows your status as "pending approval"

Step 2: BVSSL Eligibility Form - this form is mandatory for ALL swimmers, even if they choose not to swim in any meets, we need this completed form before your swimmer may swim in a meet
* Download BVSSL Eligibility Form, sign and email to [email protected] *Or BRING TO PRACTICE and give to your coach.

* THE BVSSL Eligibility Form will also be available at practices Wednesday June 8th through Friday June 10th.  The form requires your signature and your swimmer's signature.

Step 3:  Your account status will change from "pending approval" to "active" when your eligibility form has been received.

Volunteer Job Sign Up
Volunteering at swim meets is vital to making meets happen for the swimmers.  Ideally each family will volunteer for at least four "credit hours".  One credit hour is one volunteer shift.

Once your account has been activated (which will happen after we receive your swimmer's BVSSL eligibility form), you will be able to login and access the website for volunteer job selection. Volunteer jobs are first-come, first-served.  Watch for notification of job sign-up and complete the process as soon as possible.  The team will be notified by email as soon as the sign-up opens.
