CLASS Aquatics offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of CLASS Aquatics to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Honuika (Baby Sea Turtle) Group (formerly Beginning Novice)

Learn to Swim entry level. The emphasis is on body position, kicking and freestyle.

Maholo (Flying Fish) Group (formerly Novice)

Novice level. The emphasis is on the basics of competitive strokes, while having fun!

Nai'a (Dolphin) Group (formerly Age-Group I)

Age Group level. Continued emphasis on stroke basics plus an increased focus on more advanced skills including starts, turns, and drills. Use of a pace clock is introduced.

Mano (Shark) Group (formerly Bronze/Age-Group 2)

Age Group level. Continued emphasis on stroke basics plus an increased focus on more advanced skills including starts, turns, and drills. Additional conditioning is introduced.

Big Kahuna Group (formerly Bronze)

Junior level. Practices continue to stress stroke development while conditioning work is increased. Introduction of advanced interval training, dry land exercises and race strategy.

Junior-Senior Group (formerly Silver/Varsity)

Increased intensity and commitment. There is more emphasis on competition and goal setting. Dryland training is expanded. Also an option for is for high school age swimmers to continue to develop their swimming skills while participating in another sport at school.

Senior Group (formerly Gold)

Maximum commitment. Highly advanced training with the goal of developing national level swimmers. Morning and Saturday practices are expected.
