The Four Pillars of Financial Sustainability

Communities are faced with a choice between 'potholes' and 'pools' and can no longer afford single use pools.  Every day pools are closed and filled with dirt.  The Aquatic Centers of the future must be FINANCIALLY SUSTAINABLE.  USA Swimming (the Olympic organziation) has identified "4 Pillars of Financial Sustainability" as a model for the successful operation of Aquatic Centers.
