CHA ENROLLMENT POLICIES

Terms of Enrollment

Enrollment in the CHS Swim Team is not valid unless approved by Chino Hills Aquatics (CHA). Online registration does not guarantee acceptance onto the swim team, but is subject to approval by the Head Coach. No refunds shall be given for absences of any kind including sickness or injuries, vacations, changes in membership, withdrawals, dismissals or cancellation of practices or pool closures.

Enrollment on the team is for one swim calendar year. 30 Day written notification is required to cancel team membership. CHA does not offer seasonal or monthly swim team memberships. No refunds are given under any circumstances.

Participants and parents/legal guardians agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Chino Hills Aquatics (CHA), CHS Swim Team (CHS), USA Swimming (USA) and Southern California Swimming (SCS). For the safety and general welfare of all Participants, Chino Hills Aquatics (CHA) reserves the right to dismiss Participants whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of the Head Coach, is detrimental to the best interests of the program. Chino Hills Aquatics (CHA), CHS Swim Team (CHS), USA Swimming (USA) and Southern California Swimming (SCS) are not responsible for suspension or dismissal of membership. 

Withdraw Policy 

To withdraw from the team submit a written notice or email 30 days in advance or you will be liable for the quarterly fees upon the date of withdrawal. To hold your child’s spot on the team, you must continue to pay practice dues regardless of whether they attend practice or not. Due to the nature of our year-round program and related pool rental fees, swimmers are required to pay dues whether he/she participates in practice and meets or not. There are absolutely no refunds or pro-rating for practices missed for any reason. Please email [email protected] to notify CHA of your swimmer’s withdrawal from the team.
