FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT AGREEMENT  Last revised August 2018

Chino Hills Aquatics is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization that relies on donations for its funding. Members of the club assume the responsibility for raising the budgeted Charitable contributions which are a major portion of the team’s overall operating budget. And as a non-profit 501.c.3 organization, donations to the team are tax deductible. (See your accountant for details).

ANNUAL ON-LINE CAMPAIGN

Families are required to raise a minimum of $250 per family per year during the Annual Fall On-line Fundraising Campaign. This is done by sharing our organization with friends, families and business and asking for donations. If a family chooses not to participate, they will be responsible for contributing the $250 or other amount and it will be charged directly to their team account.

SWIM-A-THON

Swimmers are families are expected to participate in the Annual Swim-A-Thon which is done in partnership with USA Swimming and a portion of the donations support the USA Swimming Swim-A-Thon Foundation and usually held in the first of the year.

HOME MEET – JULY 20-21, 2019

The third major fundraiser is our Annual Home meet hosted by our team. This year the meet will be July 20-21, 2019 and is a mandatory meet for all team members. Save the date now! Each family is required to contribute $25 towards the meet in addition to their usual meet fees. Funds are raised through vendor contributions, concessions, swim meet fees, raffles and other activities. And each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours during the event.
