EAST Family Volunteer Policy

Each family on the swim team must volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per year (excluding Junior Swim which is 5 hours) to help run EAST hosted meets.

This policy is for the Swim programs, Junior group through the Senior group.  This is an annual commitment and will not be prorated should you take time off or leave the team.  If your family fails to fulfill your requirement you will be assessed $25 per hour for each hour not worked.  This amount will be invoiced in January of the following year or earlier if you leave the team before January.
