Junior Pre Comp (WHALES 3x/week, OTTERS 2x/week)

 

Junior Pre Comp is a fun group that will prepare swimmers to be efficient in 50 yards in all four strokes.

 

Length of the session:

  • 8 weeks
  • 2-3 sessions per week
  • 30 minutes per session

  • Butterfly
  • Breaststroke
  • Backstroke
  • Freestyle
  • Pace clock management
  • Stroke conditioning
  • Fun with teammates
