Health First Fitness Club Aquatics: Where Education Meets Fitness

SOL Water Polo wants to upgrade lives at a place where education meets fitness. In a diverse community of athletes we will provide a dynamic and high quality water polo program. Sol will also stimulate the development and growth of the youth in the region through training, education and fun. We will strive to maintain an athlete centered program that trains in an atmosphere that reinforces high self-esteem, team-work, physical fitness and respect for self and others. Coaching will focus on developing the skills players need to achieve their own personal potential through conditioning, developing strong fundamentals, developing new relationships, learning to work as a team and building self-esteem through having fun.
