| Kayla Han finsihed a tough month of August with a trip to Hawaii as a member of the USA Jr Pan Pac team. Her preparation paid off when Kayla swam a teriffic 800 on night one with an 8:35.85. The time would put Kayla on the US National Jr Team for 2022-23. But the best was yet to come. On the third night of the meet she bettered the night one performane with a dramatic come from behind performance. Coming from a 6th place position at the 200, Kayla blistered a great back half to finish second and earn a silver medal. Her time was a personel best 4:43.60.
