Fundraising Information for Parents


2019-2020 Fundraising Fee Schedule

*fundraising installments are due on March 1 and June 1 each year


Welcome to the 2019-20 Season!

As each of our members is aware there is a fundraising commitment per family and that amount is determined based on the number of competitive swimmers in each family.

When you have reached your designated fundraising commitment each & every dollar you raise will be split 50%-50% between the club & your member account!!  (For example: a family with one swimmer has a fundraising commitment of $742.00. Through several different fundraising events & opportunities this family raises $1200.00, which is $458.00 above their commitment so $229.00 will be credited to the members’ account which will be used towards any amounts charged to the account throughout the season).

Essentially, every family can have some control on what it costs to swim. The sky’s the limit! Your goal as a family can be to earn your commitment or to raise enough & swim for free! You decide.

The fundraising committee is working very hard to present the members with viable opportunities that not only will appeal to a large number of you but that will also yield the best return enabling you to raise and surpass your commitment.

Step 1: Print Sponsorship Request Letter & Sponsorship Package

Step 2: Present both Letter and Package to the business of your choice with a smile!

 Step 3: Politely ask for an email so you can follow up and ask them to fill the Sponsorship Form to officially make them a BTSC Sponsor.

Step 4: Once they complete the sponsorship requirements send them the Sponsorship Thank You Letter.
