Step 1: Fill out this RSVP Form.

Step 2: Pick up coupon booklets from Melissa on Thursday November 28th (Allandale between 4:30 and 6pm). Alternate pickup date possible. 

Step 3: Pay for booklets at time of pick up. Cash or email money transfer accepted.
