The Senior program offers swimmers who have achieved success in qualifying for high level meets. The swimmers in this group are a mix of Regional, Provincial and National level times. They are working on developing competitive skills, swimming faster times sets and training for high level competitions, knowing their times and understanding pace, advanced skill instruction, racing strategies, pace work to be able to achieve Provincial and National standards, activation, stretching and dry land training.

Hours Per Week = 16.5

Required Equipment: 

Backpack, Mesh Bag, Goggles, Cap, Fins, Kickboard, Snorkel, Pull Buoy, Stretch cords and chute
