Welcome to the Carleton Place Water Dragons Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Please note Competitive CPWD Club Fees are made up of Swim Canada Insurance Fees, Swim Registration Fees and Volunteer Commitment Fees.  All payments are due and payable to CPWD.

All families with a competitive swimmer are required to pay a volunteer commitment fee which will be returned if the family earns the required volunteer points by the end of the season (1 point = $10 thus High Performance is required to earn 30 points while Age Group Black is required to earn 5 points and so on)   Note: a Christmas Camp will be run in the 2019/2020 season, the cost is included in the fee structure.

Swim Group - Volunteer Fee (1 fee per family based upon highest level registered swimmer- due on the first practice of the season.  Post-dated cheques (dated 01 June 2020) must be submitted on the first date your child gets in the water).  Families who do not make their volunteer commitment will have cheques cashed on 01 June 2020.  For more information on volunteer fees and opportunities, please check out the handbook.

Age Group Blue Performance - $220

Pre-Competitive registrants moving into the Competitive stream will have their Competitive category fee pro-rated by the Pre-competitive fee.

Swim Canada Insurance Fees will be billed to your account upon approval of your account.

Families are required to add to their officiating skills each year. For the 2019/2020 season, all competitive families are required to have at least one family member (parents, guardians or siblings of swimmers) qualified as a timer. If your family is already a timer, family members should be progressing at least one level higher than timing (this includes completing a Level 2 clinic and shadow) until they have acquired all Level II qualifications.

We had great success with our second SWIM-A-THON in May 2019.  We will host another SWIM-A-THON in the Spring of 2020. Our goal is for all pre-competitive families to raise $100 and all competitive families to raise at least $250.  Opportunities will be made for families to raise their funds through community activities.

Please note that upon registration you will be billed for your first installment. You will only be billed for your Insurance Fee on 01 Sept 2019.

We look forward to having you join the Carleton Place Water Dragons and are excited for another great season!
