31 July 2022 (Calgary MNP Centre) - Day 3 finals at the MNP pool was hot and muggy all day long interspersed with a few cooling off moments from the occasional popsicle from the coaches. The 100m breaststroke was the first event up and once again Alana Caragea found herself in the middle of the pool after her 1:23.33 swim - out in 38.95 and back in 44.38. At night she was up agains the winner of the 50m breaststroke right beside her so she used that as motivation to...

Up first was the 100m freestyle event that saw all sorts of Cascade swimmers in midst of it all. In the 13 year-old girls race Lydia Zielke qualified for the final 2nd after her 1:03.47 swim.
