20 January 2020 (Repsol Sports Centre, Calgary) - Two of Cascade’s senior performance coaches are away today and tomorrow at a professional development opportunity in Toronto. Coach Wendy and Coach Mandi were selected last year and then again this year to be a part of a very select group of female high performance coaches attending leadership courses at event put on by the Canadian Olympic Committee and Own the Podium. 20 January 2020 (Repsol Sports Centre, Calgary) - The Pugsley’s Plunge happened this past weekend at the Repsol Sports Centre and Cascade sure did everyone proud with their fine swimming. Addison Butler broke the provincial record twice in the boys 14 years-old 100IM - ending up with a 59.67 prelims record & and a 59.47 record done at night in the finals.
