Our coaches will evaluate each swimmer's skill level and recommend which of our programs to register in. Assessments take 20-30 minutes per child. 05 March 2020 (Toronto, Ontario) - Day 1 of the Winter Ontario Swimming Championships happened at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC) today with three Cascade swimmers racing: Cole Pratt, Ingrid Wilm and Ella Varga.
