LTAD - Training to Compete, Training to Win

This group has a broad focus of competing at the National level with major competitions that include Canadian Championships, Junior Canadian Championships and Western Canadian Championships. 

  • Swimmer Ages: 17 Years & Over 

  • Practices: 6 - 10 Training Practices per week 

  • Pools: Repsol Sport Centre

  • Practice Length: 90 - 120 minutes each (dryland sessions in addition)

  • Meets: Average one meet per month 

  • Head Coach: Dave Johnson

Please refer to the monthly training schedule provided by your Coaches. Varsity athletes will be included in the practice schedules for the Performance roster, as well as individualized training schedules.

* 3% Discount for paying in full is applied to the Membership portion only and will be applied as a credit on your account in the month following the payment.

** Payment Plan: 8 installments - September 1st to April 1st. The September installment is 50% of membership fees + Swimming Canada registration fee and the Officiating Deposit. The remaining 50% balance of membership fees are divided into 7 remaining installments.

These fees do not include the cost of swim meets, equipment or team gear.

All fees are due (in full) to the office by the first day the program starts.

For the 2022-23 season, we will only be accepting payments by credit card.

Swim Meets

The meet schedule for the Performance program will be handed out in the fall.
 
Volunteering

Varsity members do not have any volunteer commitments.  However, we offer opportunities to help fund member accounts throughout the year - the Account Fundraising page contains more information on these great opportunities which include Bingo's.
