This program is directed towards the capable swimmer who is looking for improved fitness and stroke technique. Swimmers will be instructed in the 4 competitive strokes, including Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. They will be coached the techniques needed to learn these strokes successfully. This program is designed as a stepping stone into the competitive program, OR for overall fitness and improved swimming.

New swimmers must attend a Rookie Camp Assessment prior to registering, where our Coaching team will be able to determine which of our program levels is the best fit for your swimmer.  FALL 2020 Update: We will not be holding in-person Rookie Camp assessments for the Fall 2020 session. If your swimmer is between 10 - 13 years of age and is able to meet the above listed skill criteria, you may register for the Fall 2020 Stroke Improvement session. Our coaches will confirm that this is the correct program during the first week of practices. New member registration will open on September 09th.
