Training Equipment
Below are the general requirements for all competitive groups followed by a chart with specific equipment.
Competitive
Goggles, bathing cap and a great attitude.
Junior
Goggles (extra pair), bathing cap (extra pair) water bottle and a great attitude.
ND/Senior
Goggles (extra pair), Bathing cap (extra pair) water bottle and a great attitude.

Note: Throughout the season more equipment may be required as requested by the coach. Examples being sponges, old pair of running shoes for in the water, etc.
Preferred brands & models
Kick Board – athletes should be buying a JUNIOR size unless recommended by head coach.
Fins – Short fins, Either Arena Power Blades or Speedo Switchblade. No long fins (ie: scuba)
Hand Paddles – must be flat and have 2 elastics for adjustability. Speedo Powermaker or Arena Elite 2
