12 years & over as of December 31, 2021
5-6 sessions/week

The Junior Group consists of competitive swimmers that participate in 1-day to 3-day competitions once a month on average.  This group trains between 5-6 sessions a week until the end of June.  These swimmers compete at the Regional-level meets and are working towards Provincial competitions.

Swimmers are asked to meet in their designated area outside for screening, 10 minutes prior to the start of each training session.
