This is a list of resources that are available to Swimming Canada athletes and staff who would like mental health support. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.


The LifeWorks line is a 24-hour confidential support line in which you will be able to get access to tele- health counsellors, or a referral to a counsellor in your area. Counselling services are available by phone, online messaging, video calls, and in multiple languages throughout the country. Please note that this line may only be available to carded athletes.

FAST Registration Fee Assistance Program FAST has developed a Registration Fee Assistance Program whereby an individual has the opportunity to apply for financial assistance to pay their FAST registration fee for one swim season.
